Located at the head of Loch Fyne on the West Coast of Scotland, their salmon is renowned for its quality. The salmon is exclusively sourced from Global G.A.P accredited farms around the West Highlands and Islands in Scotland.
Salmon is smoked on the premises using artisanal methods, handed down through generations. The salmon is filleted and dry cured by hand with sea salt and brown sugar. Washed with fresh water from the hills above their smokehouse, it is then smoked by burning oak chips from retired whisky casks.
